Abstract

During Nancy�??s presentation, she will guide attendees through goal setting practices to assist in identifying professional purpose. This will enable attendees to take on their everyday tasks effectively. Attendees will acquire techniques to evaluate their abilities and recognize their strengths through lecture and discussion, creating a strong resilience to adjustments in unfamiliar circumstances. During the lecture, she will introduce valuable planning skills along with beneficial cooperative networking strategies to assist in broadening their resources within their profession. She will guide attendees through exercises that will improve leadership skills, pushing them to motivate themselves as well as their peers when facing difficulties in transitioning betweenjobs and projects. Attendees will leave with positive attitudes towards accomplishing their goals and handling life�??s unpredictable changes.
