Abstract
One of the main focuses of this strategy is that on children, as the most vulnerable group to environmental pollution, while the strategy relies on five key elements. For this reason, four priorities of health effects on children have been specified Methods: Our study included only 100 children, out of 500 cases hospitalized in the pediatric ward, October 2019_ February 2020. Environmental pollution in the capital is the cause that 57% of children living in Tirana suffer from respiratory infections. According to the study, 26% of children suffer from upper and lower respiratory tract infections, while about 11% of children have difficulty breathing, and about 20% of them are affected by these allergies. The data obtained were: age of the child, hospitalization diagnosis, oxygen saturation SatO2, the need for mechanical ventilation, days spent in mechanical ventilation, etc. Results: We divided the children into age groups to see if there was a connection between the diagnosis and the other components. Birthplace and place of residence of children separated in town / village. Environmental pollution in the capital is the cause that 57% of children living in Tirana suffer from respiratory infections. Conclusions: So we will come to such conclusions, as to live in a clean environment and not overcrowded, with high hygiene and without humidity, it is also important. Biography

Denisa Veseli (BEGO) is a Lecturer in nursing, since 2004 at the University of Medicine, Tirana. In 2016 she won her Doctorate in Nursing Sciences, Tirana, Albania. She has published various articles in the field of nursing care.
