Abstract
NMR spectroscopy is the most sensitive and versatile tool in drug discovery. This technique is particularly useful for the study of protein-ligand interactions. Two types of detection methods are using for studying protein-ligand interactions: Methods that observe ligand resonances and methods that observe target resonances. An overview of experiments that rely on these methods are presented in this paper.
