Working conditions are a set of elements of the production
process, the environment, the external design of the workplace and
the employee's attitude to the work performed, which separately
or collectively affect the functional state of the human body, his
health, efficiency, job satisfaction, life expectancy, reproduction
of labor, comprehensive development of physical, spiritual and
creative forces and, consequently, the effectiveness of labor and
the results of labor activity. The influence of favorable working
conditions on the work of personnel ensures the efficiency of any
company and the efficiency of personnel. Therefore, in my opinion,
one of the most important tasks for the head of the enterprise is
to establish favorable working conditions for employees, which
determines the relevance of this topic.
The purpose of this work is to study, first of all, the structure of
working conditions, that is, their classification and the factors
influencing them, as well as, of course, the definition of methods
for creating favorable working conditions. First of all, it is worth
noting that modern concepts of labor organization are based on the
following principles:
 production is a service.
 universalization ensures productivity.
the productivity of information processing increasingly affects
the productivity of materials processing.
greater productivity is achieved by combining information
registration, decision-making and implementation in small fastacting
working groups.
the role of the human factor in production is increasing.
production systems should be oriented more towards results than
costs.
The work should require certain qualifications, knowledge and
skills, as well as open prospects for further improvement of the
profession.
