Abstract
The goals ? To revise our anatomy (Dry bone, cadaveric and CT images) ? To highlight the clinically relevant sino-nasal anatomy and variants ? To identify the relationship of the variants with the osteo-meatal channels and nasal air passages that may cause the recurrence of sinus disease. ? To make safe endoscopic sinus surgery. Conclusions ? Read the CT scans 2 times?. First time for the anatomical landmarks ? Second time for pathology and planning surgery. ? Always read the CT from the first cut?.Read cut by cut ?No jumping ? Usually Bone window settings are the best for FESS ? Never operate without a CT scan.
