Abstract
Introduction: Cocaine addiction is a serious worldwide public health problem and it is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that patients with cocaine addiction have internal massive organs deficient in energy that can lead to a weak state of psychic and emotional aspects and the treatment of this condition can fortify the patients body and can help the patient to do not use this kind of substance to feel better. Methods: one case report of a 57 years-old female patient that was divorced and began to have a new relationship with 38 years-old addicted to cocaine. Since the beginning of the relationship, he invited her to try inhaling cocaine and she felt that the use of this substance leads to more energy to do everything that she wants to do. But with the use of this substance that in the beginning was only on weekends she began to use it during the week and she began to feel insomnia and could not sleep anymore. She needs to be admitted in the psychiatric hospital for two months by her two sons, and she began to use many medications there and improved her condition and never need to use this substance. On May 2022, she went to my clinic due to chronic dermatitis in both hands with itchiness and redness in the skin. I measured the energy of seven chakras energy centres that correspond to the five internal massive organs in traditional Chinese medicine. Results: all chakras were in the lowest level of energy, rated one out of eight. The treatment consisted of Chinese dietary counselling, auricular acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting, systemic acupuncture and replenishment of all her internal massive organs using highly diluted medications according to the theory Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and crystal-based medications. Conclusion: addiction in cocaine persons can have internal five massive organs deficient in energy according to traditional Chinese Medicine. The treatment rebalancing and replenishment of the five internal massive organs using Chinese dietary counselling, systemic acupuncture, auricular acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting and replenishment of these internal massive organs using highly diluted medications according to the theory Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements based on Traditional Chinese medicine and crystal-based medications were important to fortify the internal energy and decreasing the propensity of return to use this kind of substance to achieve some energy
