Abstract
Over the past decade, the role of endoscopic techniques in the excision of sinonasal neoplastic lesions has become widely recognized. One of these techniques that are widely implemented is endoscopic medial maxillectomy. In this presentation, a case series of 45 patients who underwent endoscopic medial maxillectomy is presented. The technical details, complications are outlined.
