Result: Among 60 patients, 108 liver lesions (12 benign and 96 malignant) were detected with the help of different enhancement patterns. Out of these, 37 (82.2%) patients had malignant while 8 (17.8%) had benign lesions. 96 (88.8%) of the total 60 cases had malignant lesions while 12 (11.1%) were diagnosed as benign lesions. Conclusion: Biphasic and triphasic CT scan is a good non-invasive tool in characterizing and differentiating benign from malignant liver lesions.
