Abstract
A particular attention is represented by bacteria genus Pseudomonas as an object for anagricultural biotechnology isolated from southern black soils in Northern Kazakhstan. This type of bacteria has a growth-promoting ability, which helps to improve the energy growth of the seed, seed germination. The research investigations had been carried out in vitro and in vivo at the A I Barayev Scientific Production Center for Grain Farming. The aim of this research is to study the growth-promoting activity on a wheat cultivar-Astana of a culture filtrate medium with strains B14-2014, B15-2014 and B16-2014 by using various concentrations of dilutions like 1:1, 1:5, 1:10, respectively. The results showed that the use of biological preparation of Pseudomonas, greatly influenced tothe growth of seeds energy, seeds germination and structural elements of wheat inoculated with strains Pseudomonas compared to the control samples. The dilution series showed a high activity for an energy growth, seed germinations, especially at dilution filtrate medium 1:1 and 1:10 which was the most favorable growth of wheat seedlings. The research in the greenhouse conducted showed that the strains B14-2014, B15-2014 and B16-2014 have a positive impact on the productivity of wheat. The structural elements of wheat strains Pseudomonas prevailed over the length of the ear strikes, number of grains per ear strikes, weight of 1000 grains per ear strikes and grain weight of one ear strikes compared to the control samples. Consequently, these strains can be used for a biological preparation to improve growth and increase yields of wheat in the Northern Kazakhstan.
