The University if Mysore is an Open University located in India. It is established in 1916. The University includes 122 subsidiary colleges and five constituent schools. Along with this University have 37 postgraduate departments, eight particular researches and training centers and two postgraduate centers that combine offer about 55 regular academic programmes to 3,500 students. This University was accredited Grade A" by National Assessment and Accreditation Council in 2013. This is the 6th oldest university in the India. University library contains sover 800,000 books, 2,400 journal titles and 100,000 volumes of journals.
