The University of Hail was officially established in the year 2005 by Royal Decree. The university has 5 colleges at present which includes College of Medicine & Medical Sciences, College of Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Computer Science and Engineering, and Community College. The first students in the college were admitted on 11th February 2006. In the year 2007, the already existing two colleges were joined with the university namely Teachers college and Girls education college. The university has currently 16000 students. The best important motto of the university was Innovation and Technology. In future the university moves at “the speed of change”.
