Tunceli University is located at Tunceli, Turkey in the year 2008. This is a non-profitable people higher Coeducational institution. Officially recognized by Yuksekogretim Kurulu (YOK). The university offers courses in higher education in several areas. This university also provides academic and non-academic facilities; they also provide library and administrative services. It was established underneath of Firat University faculty of Fisheries of the Rectorate and faculty of Engineering, affiliation is created and joined with Rectors workplace of Economic and body Sciences College. It has joined with the President of the University of the Euphrates. This is additionally established under the Institute of science and institute of social sciences. In the first it started its education with a Vocational school with 443 students in 2008. Later on it got developed into university with its academics staff and academic unit. Totally 6404 students are there in the University among them 2 yr. degree students are 2351, bachelor students are 3851, 195 master students and 7 PhD students are present.

Foreign Nationality Students are accepted by the following instructions: Acceptance of the foreign students by the language placement test in Turkish.
The foreign nationality students are accepted by the higher educational institutions by getting 50% or equivalent score in the examination of language placement test in Turkish.
Turkish Language Placement Test is having 25 points, Examination by the University is having 50 points and grade points are 25. To be selected in the high school at least they should get at least 60 points.
