Istinye University was founded in the year 2015 by the 21st Century Anatolian Foundation as the continuation of the knowledge and experience of the MLPCare Group, which brings together three different hospital brands, "Liv Hospital", "Medical Park" and "VM Medical Park" under one roof. Along with teaching, research and community service activities in universal standards, it provides a broad learning environment to learners, as well as technology and art with broad base of knowledge. The main mission of the university is to maintain the human values in research, planning, education and teaching and the vision is to share academic knowledge produced at national and international level. ðstinye University aims to play an important role in the social, cultural, economic, scientific and technological development of the society and to contribute to the advancement of humanity by educating the competent, creative and visionary individuals for their bright future.
Istinye University provides undergraduate, post graduate and graduate courses and also offers different programs in Vocational courses which are Operating Room Services Program, Anesthesia Program, First and Emergency Assistance Program, Radiotherapy Program, Medical Imaging Techniques Program, Medical Laboratory Techniques Program along with Social Sciences Institute which provides Masters in Business Administration and Health Sciences Institute which provides Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Masters. It also has medical school faculty and faculty of health sciences which include Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Midwifery Department, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nursing Department.
Istinye University has 25 faculty members approximately which includes both visiting and academic staff.
