The evolution in the knowledge of the diverse pathologies that affect the hand and elbow and the increase of the complexity of the treatments which made necessary a specialization in those fields. So in 1993, a group of professionals founded Institute Kaplan with the resolution of offering the best and most advanced answer to the problems of the hand and elbow.
