Hainan Normal University is a long history of Hainan Province, with distinctive characteristics of teachers education, comprehensive education and strong strength of the Ministry of Education, the Peoples Government of Hainan Province to build a university, located in the beautiful coastal tourist city, the national historical and cultural city - Haikou City. Hainan Normal University was built in the Qing Emperor Kangxi forty-four years (1705) of the Qiong Tai College, the fall of 1949 to create the "National Hainan Normal University."
