Durabn university of technology formally known as Durban Institute of Technology was founded by Technikon Natal and ML Sultan Technikon in the year 2002. The instituted is located in the KwaZulu-Natal, a province of South Africa. Initally started with 350- part time students, the university currently holds about 20000 students. The university wishes to develop leadership in the young minds and produce productive citizenship.
