The Bnai Zion Medical Center (BZMC) was established in 1922 as the first Jewish hospital in Haifa, Israel. Throughout the years, we have provided dedicated medical care, education, research and services to the diverse and growing population of Northern Israel. BZMC is a municipal-governmental hospital which provides excellent medical care combined with a loving and caring touch. The main focus is given to rehabilitation activities, offering orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, cardio rehabilitation, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Christian and Muslim Arabs, Druze and Jewish physicians and staff work together every day as a unified team to bring the best medical care to every patient who enters the hospital, irrespective of beliefs or background. BZMC is affiliated with Israel Institute of Technology and serves as a teaching hospital for its students.
