New Zealand Natural Medicine Association

The New Zealand Natural Medicine Association was started in the year 1990s as an unlucrative professional organization of health professionals enthusiastic in the advancement of integrative health care consolidating Allopathic Complementary and Alternative Healthcare.

Natural health sciences is a study which is a combination of nutritional and environmental factors with biochemistry, pathology, human physiology and anatomy in the encouragement of health and the treatment of diseases.

The goals of the association involve research and education in all the fields of nutritional and environmental medicine as they are relevant to the conservancy of health and stoping of disease, issuing health choices to provide optimize health through the society.

It is a self-reliant of all the government agencies and organizations. The New Zealand NMA conducts public congresses at which nutritional medical experts talk on various agenda of nutritional medicine.

The NZNAM mission follows the statements: to progressive high quality education, research and prior reviews in a combined medical arena. To develop high ethical values of practice and professionalism in the Healthcare arena.  To develop NZNMA publications. To build and develop a Complementary and Alternative Medicine Library, for the members to use. To act and develop the goals of NZNMA without being coordinate to any political party. To aid the combination of and developing harmonious relationships with Alternative HealthCare, Allopathic and Complementary in New Zealand. To promote the understanding and development of Alternative Medicine and Complementary by conducting educational activities such as seminars, workshops conferences.

 The NZNMA needs every member to finish 20 hours of continued education per year.  To the proof of this at eh beginning of the every financial year the Certificates of Attendees are provided. The Executive Management Committee would look after the NZNMA which even governs the management of administration of the affairs, funds and poverty of the society.
