The basic role of the ISHSR is to advance instruction, essential and translational exploration on the cells of hepatic sinusoid and liver parenchymal cells including cross-talk among these cell sorts in wellbeing and disease during an entire life span.
The ISHSR underpins the global logical symposium on liver sinusoidal cells formally called International Kupffer Cell Symposium (1977-1988) and International Symposium on Cells of the Hepatic Sinusoid: ISCHS (1990-2008).
