Celiac Sprue Association

Celiac Sprue Association is one of the largest not for profit associations in the world which is dedicated to help the individuals with dermatitis herpetiformis and celiac disease. “Promoting a Gluten-Free You” is the theme for this association. It aims in reducing the celiac disease in individuals by promoting gluten free food helping to optimize the health of those with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities through research, education and support. It also published brochures on gluten free diet and gluten-free commercial foods. It also has access to a medical advisory board for specific inquiries and information not available through local community health systems. Celiac Sprue Association publications have the review and endorsement of the Patient Education Committee of the American Association of Gastroenterologists.
