All-Russian National Academy of Mycology

All-Russian National Academy of Mycology was instituted in Moscow, February 29, 2000 as a nation-wide autonomous association of research and academic staffs in the field of mycology. Academy has its divisions and representations in 49 regions of Russia, with total associateship of more than two thousand (2008). Prof. Yuri V. Sergeev, Hon. Doctor of Russian Federation, Member of RANS, is the president of All-Russian National Academy of Mycology, National Academy of Mycology bringing together scientists and professionals of different specialties, many scientific and industrial organizations of the Russian Federation. Academy Branch registered in many regions of Russia. For several years the Academy held the first Congress of Mycology Russia, scientific congresses, conferences and seminars on various branches of mycology. All-Russian National Academy of Mycology issued new monographs, catalogs, handbooks, manuals, Large-scale treatment and prevention campaigns, larger studies, Initiated research projects in biotechnology, molecular genetics and medicine.
