Microinflammation is a common major mechanism in the pathogenesis of diabetic vascular complications like diabetic nephropathy .Diabetic nephropathy is the major source of end stage renal failure in developed countries. It is further related to the threat of cardiovascular diseases and an enhanced mortality of diabetic patient.
