Head and neck tumors pose significant challenges in their diagnosis and management due to their complex anatomy and potential for functional and cosmetic sequelae. Surgical intervention remains a cornerstone in the multidisciplinary management of these tumors. This article provides an overview of the current trends and future directions in the surgical management of head and neck tumors, focusing on advancements in surgical techniques, technology, and patient outcomes.
