Abstract

A novel coronavirus disease that wreaked havoc throughout 2019 caused universal outrage and threatened our way of life and our existence. Given the tremendous impact of the Corona pandemic, any method for improving patients' conditions, accelerating recovery, and reducing the danger of worsening and mortality, would be regarded of critical clinical and economic importance. In most nations, the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (The Disease) havoc remains a severe health danger. In individuals, the COVID virus (SARS-CoV-2) can cause ARDS like symptoms (acute respiratory distress syndrome) which may finally result in death. Vit D is an Immuno modulator hormone that has been shown to be useful in the treatment of a variety of URTI. Vit D can help to reduce hyper-inflammatory responses and speed up the healing process in afflicted areas, particularly in lung tissue. As a result, there are both ecological and mechanistic grounds to pursue vit D activity in the disease patients. Because there are currently no cures for the disease, we believe that vit D's ability to change the path of disease severity should be researched. Clinical trials may be conducted to determine the benefit of vit D supplementation in people who are vit D deficient and at high risk.
