Abstract

Civil law is a fundamental pillar of legal systems around the world, governing relationships and providing mechanisms for dispute resolution among individuals, organizations, and entities. This research article aims to delve into the evolution, key characteristics, and contemporary significance of civil law. Through a comparative analysis, it examines the historical development of civil law, explores its defining features, and analyzes its impact on modern legal systems. The article also highlights the influence of civil law on legal education, legal reforms, and the administration of justice, shedding light on its critical role in shaping legal systems and ensuring access to justice.
