Biography
Dr Aluko has 30 years experience as a clinical Physiotherapist and worked in all spheres of Healthcare delivery in the United Kingdom. He has been a lecturer in Physiotherapy at Brunel University, London but is currently back in full time private practice working as a clinician and expert witness. Area of interest is an understanding of spinal joint mechanics and its relationship with the onset of acute low back pain. His PhD thesis explored the three dimensional movement properties of the lumbar spine during an onset of low back pain with the hope that a better understanding of the onset and management of low back pain will assist in the improvement of quantifiable information about low back pain to reduce reliance on subjectivity, reduce the impact of chronicity of the ailment and improve the development of preventative measures.
