Endometrial cancer is a prevalent malignancy affecting women worldwide, with increasing incidence rates and a diverse clinical spectrum. This review examines the continuum from risk assessment to treatment strategies in endometrial cancer. We explore the identification of risk factors, early detection methods, and evolving therapeutic approaches. Understanding the molecular landscape and implementing personalized medicine are central themes. Surgical innovations, adjuvant therapies, and clinical trials play crucial roles in optimizing patient outcomes.
