Various factors, including genetics, body composition, age, and hormones, influence metabolic rates. Practical tips for optimizing metabolic health, such as maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, hydration, and stress management, are crucial. By comprehending and incorporating these principles into lifestyle choices, individuals can unlock the potential to enhance their metabolic health and overall well-being.
