Abstract
The plasmacytoid dendritic cells are the primary producers of type I INFs. These group of INFs limits the spread of viral pathogens. Besides having protecting role they are also associated in fever reaction mechanism by their tigerring action. There are some products that triggers the INF response like messenger rna, si rna etc. The INF are involved in vitro studies identification of protective mechanism using body mono nuclear cells of blood.
