Abstract

This article explores the transformative role of therapeutic supervision in the context of overweight and obesity, providing a comprehensive overview of its application as a holistic approach to well-being. Therapeutic supervision, traditionally employed in mental health settings, is adapted to address the multidimensional challenges associated with excess weight.
