Abstract

Industrial hygiene plays a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and efficiency within the workplace by mitigating health risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a conducive work environment. This article explores the integral relationship between industrial hygiene practices and operational performance. It discusses how effective industrial hygiene programs can reduce absenteeism, minimize workplace injuries, and improve overall employee well-being. The article also examines the impact of proactive industrial hygiene measures on organizational efficiency and profitability. Through case studies and practical examples, it highlights the benefits of integrating industrial hygiene into broader organizational strategies.
