Research recommends rest can influence both positive and negative parts of school emotional well-being, however couple of review have analyzed the impacts of rest on both abstract prosperity and gloom inside one model. In addition, only a small amount of research has examined sleep hygiene as a modifiable risk factor for positive and mental health outcomes. In this study, structural equation models were tested to see if sleep quality mediated the effects of sleep hygiene practices on depression and poor subjective well-being in full or in part.
