This article explores the multifaceted advantages of a protein-centric diet, highlighting its role in muscle maintenance, weight management, metabolic health, bone strength, and mental well-being. Practical advice on incorporating quality protein sources, balancing macronutrients, and monitoring intake is provided. The article underscores the importance of a thoughtful approach to protein consumption to maximize health benefits while mitigating potential risks.
