Abstract
Work-Life Balance (WLB) is a key factor in promoting employee well-being and improving organizational productivity. As the demands of work and personal life continue to evolve, it has become increasingly crucial for employees to achieve a harmonious balance between their professional responsibilities and personal life. This paper explores the concept of work-life balance, its impact on employee health, job satisfaction, and overall performance. It highlights various strategies that organizations can adopt to support employees in maintaining a balanced lifestyle, such as flexible work hours, remote work options, and mental health support programs.
