Departing from conventional medical approaches, an emerging body of evidence underscores the significant role played by mind-body interventions in augmenting the psychological well-being of individuals contending with cardiac and pulmonary conditions. This article delves into the extensive influence of mind-body interventions on mental health, illuminating their contribution to a holistic framework of care within the spheres of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Through an exploration of diverse practices such as mindfulness meditation, yoga, tai chi, and guided imagery, we examine the profound impact of these interventions on emotional resilience and overall well-being.
