Abstract
Aquatic therapy has gained recognition as a beneficial intervention for managing chronic pain due to its unique properties that facilitate exercise and relaxation. This systematic review examines the impact of aquatic therapy on chronic pain management, evaluating clinical outcomes, physiological mechanisms, and patient satisfaction. The review analyzes data from multiple studies to assess the efficacy of aquatic therapy in reducing pain intensity, improving physical function, and enhancing quality of life for individuals with chronic pain conditions. The findings suggest that aquatic therapy can be an effective and well-tolerated treatment option, offering significant benefits for chronic pain sufferers.
