This article offers a comprehensive exploration of RSV, covering its epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, treatment options, and preventive measures. Furthermore, it delves into ongoing research endeavors focused on unravelling the intricate pathogenesis of the virus, while concurrently striving to pioneer novel vaccines and antiviral therapies. By synthesizing current knowledge with evolving research insights, this article aims to contribute to the collective effort in combating RSV and improving public health outcomes worldwide.
