This article provides an overview of the latest developments in bisphosphonate therapy, highlighting novel agents, targeted delivery systems, combination therapies, and personalized approaches. By exploring these advancements, this article aims to offer insights into the evolving landscape of bisphosphonate therapy and its potential impact on bone health management
