Abstract
In the realm of assisted reproduction, the Donor Sibling Registry (DSR) stands as a pioneering platform, offering a unique avenue for donor-conceived individuals to connect with their half-siblings and donors. Founded in 2000 by Wendy Kramer and her son Ryan, who sought to find and connect with Ryan’s half-siblings, the DSR has since grown into a vital resource, facilitating thousands of connections and fostering a sense of belonging among donorconceived individuals worldwide. This article explores the significance of the Donor Sibling Registry in the context of assisted reproduction, highlighting its role in bridging gaps and creating meaningful connections.
