Ankle injuries are common musculoskeletal conditions that can significantly impact individuals' quality of life and functional ability. Physiotherapy plays a pivotal role in the management of ankle injuries, offering a multifaceted approach to rehabilitation that addresses pain, dysfunction, and impaired mobility. Physiotherapy interventions focus on enhancing proprioceptive awareness and balance through specific exercises and proprioceptive training, reducing the risk of recurrent injuries.
