Abstract
Signal transduction pathways play pivotal roles in cellular homeostasis and disease pathogenesis. Dysregulation of these pathways contributes to the development and progression of various diseases, including cancer, inflammatory disorders, and metabolic syndromes. Understanding the intricate signaling networks involved in disease pathophysiology is essential for identifying therapeutic targets and developing effective treatments. This abstract explores the current understanding of signal transduction mechanisms in disease states and highlights emerging therapeutic opportunities in cellular pharmacology. Keywords such as signal transduction, disease pathogenesis, therapeutic targets, cellular pharmacology, and drug development are discussed in the context of exploiting signaling pathways for novel therapeutic interventions.
