Abstract
As healthcare systems undergo significant reforms and financial pressures mount, nurses working in the community face unique challenges that often go unnoticed amidst the spotlight on hospital care. This paper sheds light on the overlooked struggles encountered by community nurses, who are tasked with delivering essential services while navigating increasingly constrained resources. Despite playing a vital role in promoting health and well-being outside traditional healthcare settings, community nurses are often sidelined in media and political discourse, exacerbating their already demanding workload. This abstract explores the multifaceted difficulties faced by community nurses, including limited resources, heightened expectations, and a lack of recognition. By bringing attention to these challenges, stakeholders can work towards fostering greater support for community nursing and ensuring equitable access to quality care for all individuals.
