This paper explores the profound impact of digitalization on health enhancement and equity. Through the integration of digital technologies such as electronic health records (EHRs), telemedicine platforms, and wearable health devices, healthcare delivery has become more personalized and preventive. Digital solutions empower patients to actively engage in their healthcare journey, while also providing healthcare providers with tools for more precise diagnostics and real-time monitoring. Importantly, digitalization has the potential to address longstanding disparities in healthcare access and outcomes by breaking down geographical barriers, expanding access to health information, and tailoring interventions to meet the needs of diverse communities.
