Abstract
Oral contraceptives are drugs taken by mouth to prevent pregnancy. There are two types of pill combine oral contraceptive pill and progestin - only pill. They contain 21 days of pill and 7 days of placebo in sum matching the 28 days of regularly menstruating women. Using the pill can give many different advantage aside from preventing pregnancy, such as in Acne, reduction pf endometrial and ovarian cancer, reduction of heavy period. Emergency pill is the pill that is taken after unprotected, failure of contraception or sexual assault within 72 -120 hrs. Depending on the type of the drug.
