Abstract
This article explores the critical role of nutrition in stroke recovery, emphasizing essential dietary changes that can significantly impact healing and rehabilitation outcomes. Stroke survivors often face various challenges, including cognitive impairment, mobility issues, and nutritional deficits, which can hinder their recovery process. Evidence suggests that a well-balanced diet, rich in essential nutrients, can aid in neuroplasticity, reduce inflammation, and improve overall health. This article discusses specific dietary components, such as antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber, that contribute to recovery, as well as practical strategies for implementing these dietary changes. By prioritizing nutrition in stroke rehabilitation, healthcare providers can enhance recovery outcomes, promote independence, and improve the quality of life for stroke survivors
