Abstract
Civil legal services are instrumental in environmental advocacy, providing crucial legal representation to individuals and communities seeking to protect natural resources and address environmental injustices. This article examines the pivotal role of civil legal services in preserving nature and advancing environmental justice. Through case studies and analysis, we illustrate how legal aid organizations advocate for clean air and water, challenge harmful development projects, and promote equitable environmental policies. Despite facing challenges such as limited funding and complex legal processes, civil legal services offer innovative solutions and opportunities for collaboration. By investing in these services, we can protect our planet for future generations and build a more sustainable and just world.
