Pregnancy with mechanical heart valves represents an extraordinary issue. Pregnancy instigates unequivocal confusions of the hemostatic instrument inclining ladies to thrombo-embolic difficulties. Notwithstanding that there is an expansion in blood volume, plasma thickness, intra-stomach pressure, and venous pressure.
