Abstract

Nanocrystals have emerged as versatile drug delivery systems offering enhanced solubility, bioavailability, and therapeutic efficacy for poorly water-soluble drugs. This article reviews the molecular pharmaceutics of nanocrystals, focusing on formulation techniques, characterization methods, and diverse applications in pharmaceutical science. By exploring recent advancements and future prospects, this review highlights the transformative impact of nanocrystals in improving drug delivery and therapeutic outcomes.
