Abstract
Intracellular ribonucleotide concentrations were calculated in HGPRT lymphoblasts, fibroblasts, and erythrocytes, as well as in adequate HGPRT controls, to investigate the role of purine ribonucleotides in the regulation of de novo purine synthesis in living human cells deficient in HGPRT
