Abstract
We describe the case of a young patient of 50 years, followed in our consultation for hypothyroidism on right isthmus lobectomy well balanced under L Thyroxine and presenting a type 2 diabetes in fairly good balance under diabetic diet and metformin. In addition, the patient presented with necrotizing fasciitis following a surgical treatment for hernia of the white line. The patient benefited from 30 hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions with local care. The evolution was favorable with disappearance of necrotic and superinfected tissue and regeneration of the abdominal wall. She also performed laser sessions for disappearance of scars.
